Because together we are stronger.
Now is a moment when the Peace Corps community and the agency are at a point of inflection. With all Volunteers brought home amid global pandemic, we need to connect, inform, and engage our community like never before.
It’s often said that Peace Corps Volunteers represent what’s best about this country. So we’re continuing to build a diverse and welcoming Peace Corps network to reach across generations — with an eye on the future and the work that’s in front of us.
We want to help others understand what it means to live out Peace Corps values of peace and friendship across a lifetime. And at a time when people say, “We need a Peace Corps for health care … for literacy … for legal help … for the environment” — we’re mobilizing our community for positive social impact.
Our goal: Connect, Inform, Engage
We’re a community 250,000 strong, including Returned Peace Corps Volunteers, families, and former staff. We want to amplify all of our voices and show how the Peace Corps can and does shape lives and communities — here and around the globe. And we’ll tackle the new challenges facing us as part of — not apart from — a changed world.
